ENGLISH COMMUNICATION PROGRAM: SCHOOL'S EFFORT IN FACILITATING STUDENTS' SPEAKING

The aim of this research is to discover about the communication program held by SMAN 1 Tembilahan in order improve students' speaking skills. qualitative data was gathered and a Google form questionnaire distributed get dealong with purpose above. This study sample consists 3 English teachers from who actively guide their students extracurricular. Based on result, there are two programs that can help skill school. one which facilitates have much exercises; Club another compate each other at end every semester; performance competition. Students english club learn practice debate, speech, 4 main skills (listening, writing, reading, speaking). Meanwhile, competition, compete debate speech presentation.
